BONECAL tablets are used to treat osteoporosis such as senile osteoporosis, post-menopausal osteoporosis, drug induced osteoporosis.

Calcium Carbonate: It is used to treat conditions caused by low calcium levels such as osteoporosis (bone loss), osteomalacia/rickets (weak bones). It makes bones strong.

Magnesium: It stimulate the hormone calcitonin, which helps to preserve bone structure by drawing calcium out of the blood and soft tissues back into the bones. It increase bone density and helps prevent the onset of osteoporosis.

Boron: It helps in bone growth and maintenance.

Selenium: It improves bone and muscle health in patient at risk of osteoporosis.

Copper: It helps the body to form red blood cells. It also helps to maintain healthy bones, blood vessels, nerves, and immune function, and also helps in iron absorption in the body.

Lysine Hydrochloride: It helps to prevent bone loss associated with osteoporosis.

Zinc: It stimulates bone formation (osteoblasts) and inhibit bone resorption (osteoclasts), thereby increasing bone mass.
