Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for analysis of finished, Bulk, in process, stability samples & Raw materials etc by HPLC. As per current version of specification and method of analysis, report the same as per current procedure.
  • Responsible for analysis of Analytical method development samples as per current version of protocol by HPLC.
  • Responsible for the scheduled & unscheduled calibration of instruments & record the same in report format and update the calibration scheduled.
  • Review the calibration data & analysis report.
  • Responsible for review of instruments and log books.
  • Responsible for allotting the sample to the analyst to make entry inward of finished product, in process, stability etc.
  • Responsible for preparation & review of volumetric solutions, buffer solutions and reagents solutions
  • Responsible for preparation of Working standard and maintained their record as per current procedure.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting of Instruments.
  • In absence of a computer operator, make COA of finished product, stability samples etc.
  • Preparation of specification, method of analysis, worksheet & standard testing procedure as per requirements.
