Composition

Mode of Action
Dartdapa belongs to a class of medicines called Gliflozins. Dartdapa
is a medicine used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It act as a SGLT2
(sodium glucose transporter 2) inhibitor. SGLT2 channel mainly
present in kidney (nephron) responsible for the 90% glucose
reabsorption in the body. Dartdapa blocks SGLT2 channel &
decreases the reabsorption of glucose, increases glucose excretion
through urine.

Precautions
Diuretic
It may cause Dizziness, fainting if you have low blood pressure, kidney disease, or if you are taking a diuretic.
Water
Drink plenty of water during exercise or in hot weather.
Pregnancy
Make sure your doctor knows if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
