Composition
- Telmisartan 40 mg + Metoprolol 25 mg TAB

Mode of Action
TELRING-MT is a combination of two anti-hypertensive drugs namely Telmisartan or Metoprolol.
Telmisartan: Belongs to a class of drug known as ARB’s (Angiotensin receptor blockers). It works by blocking the angiotensin receptors in heart & blood vessel, this result into vasodilatation & decrease in heart rate. This brings about the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently.
Metoprolol: Belongs to a class of drug known as Beta blockers. It is used to treat high blood pressure. Metoprolol works by inhibiting the binding of adrenaline to the beta receptors of heart & kidney thereby reduces the heart rate or renin release and thus lowers the blood pressure.
