Mode of Action

• Aceclofenac
  It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by inhibiting cyclo-oxygenase (COX) an enzymes that helps to make prostaglandins (prostaglandins are produced at sites of injury or damage, and cause pain and inflammation) and thereby decreasing the synthesis of prostaglandins & reducing pain & inflammation.
• Paracetamol
  It is a medication used to treat fever and mild to moderate pain (Headaches, menstrual periods, toothaches, backaches, osteoarthritis, or cold/flu aches & pains). It reduces prostaglandin synthesis by inhibiting both COX-1 & COX-2 enzyme & thereby reducing pain & fever.
• Serratiopeptidase
  It is a proteolytic enzyme that is used to treat pain and inflammation. It works by breaking down the chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. It is used to treat pain and inflammation caused by arthritis, trauma, surgery etc.
• Thiocolchicoside
  Is a muscle relaxant with anti-inflammatory & analgesic effects. It works by binding to GABA-A (g-amino butyric acid A) receptors & activating the GABA inhibitory pathways thereby behaving as a potent muscle relaxant which improves pain and movement of muscles.
• Tramadol
  It is a centrally acting opioid analgesic. It binds to mu-opioid receptors and inhibits the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine. It helps in reducing pain intensity by altering the perception and response to pain.
