Mode of Action

TORSEMIDE
Belongs to a class of drug known as Loop diuretics. It is used to treat hypertension or edema. It lowers the blood pressure by removing the extra water, salt and certain electrolytes from the body by increasing the urine production.

Lowers the blood pressure by increasing the urine production & makes it easier to your heart to pump blood throughout the body & reduce the risk of having a heart attack or a stroke.

Precautions

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Torstar Tablets &Torstar Plus Tablets.
